Merry Christmas

Thank you very much for supporting our services during the year. We know many of you have made huge lifestyle changes and we congratulate you.

We will continue to be here to support you on your health journey; now at our NEW PREMISES- 310 Tinakori Rd ( Just down the road in the shopping area).

The Clinic will be open on the single days of Wednesday 30th December and Thursday 07th January and then will fully open on Monday 11th January 2010.

MINCE PIES WITH CASHEW ICING
FOR THE CRUST
2 cup cashews
1 cup oat flour ( grind oats in a coffee grinder)
¼ cup agave nectar
2 TBS water
3 TBS lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Grind all ingredients in a food processor until thouroughly mixed.
Press the mixture into a tart tray that has been wrapped in plastic wrap and dehydrate for 2-3 hours.
Remove the crusts from the cases and dehydrate out of the case for a further 8+ hours.
CHRISTMAS FOOD TO REMEMBER 32
FOR THE FILLING
1 ½ cup soft dates
½ cup orange juice
2 apples, chopped small
1 ½ tsp mixed spice
1 cup raisins roughly chopped
Pinch of salt
Grind all ingredients except the apple and raisins until they form a paste.
Add in the apple and raisins and process for a further 5-10 seconds until fully combined.
Fill each of the cases with a little of the mixture then top with the cashew icing and a pinch of the nutmeg.
FOR THE CASHEW ICING
1 ½ cup cashews – soaked
1 tsp lemon juice CHRISTMAS FOOD TO REMEMBER 33
Pinch of salt
3 TBS coconut oil
¼ c agave
½ cup water
Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
