Cycle training

For those who ventured out today, well done.
Very windy, but it didn't rain and then the sun came out.

Getting Fit for Life

As part of Body Systems ongoing support of individuals seeking good health and wellbeing, I'm going to start riding (that's cycling) the Eastern Bays of Wgtn on Sunday mornings with the intention of having a regular group . The goal is for improved fitness and the target is to ride around Lake Taupo in November in the Great Lake Challenge.

So regardless of your goals you are welcome to join me.
Join me at 9.00am on the 8th of May for the first ride at Greta Point, beside the new cafe.

I'll be doing about 20 km, no rush, finish at the cafe for debriefing (coffee).

I'll be wearing the yellow and grey jacket/ black bike.
